Fried Dumpling

The result...
I changed the ingredients for the filling according to what I found in my kitchen.

Minced beef
oyster sauce
salt & pepper
spring onion
slices of cabbage
gyoza sheets
*** sigh... I forgot the corn flour however it didn't give effect to the taste...

For the sauce:
soy sauce
rice vinegar
sesame oil

How to cook:
the same way as instructed on the video.
